MY MISSION

With a unique framework of evidence-based nutrition & makeup application, I will create a space for accessible, achievable, inclusive skin & mental health support that is rooted in the trauma-informed approach. My services will range from one-on-one consulting to workshops that will inspire lifelong nutritional awareness, creativity & empowerment.  

MY EXPERTISE

  • Certified in Holistic Nutrition (CSNN, 2021)
  • Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science (Ambrose University, 2017)
  • Diploma in Makeup with an ITEC Level 2 Certificate in Make-up (Artists Within Makeup Academy, 2016)  

Providing unequivocal support nutritionally, mentally & creatively is what I aim to achieve through my work at Altruition
